When will my order be despatched?

Orders placed before 3pm Sydney time will be despatched on the same day (Monday-Friday).

If you place your order on a Friday and your order is refrigerated, we will contact you to see if we can despatch your goods the following Monday, to avoid your goods sitting in the StarTrack Depot over the weekend.

We ship nation wide and during the warm seasons we despatch refrigerated goods with an ice brick. 

How will my order be shipped?

All orders will be despatched in professional packaging. If your goods are refrigerated, we will despatch your order with ice bricks during the warm months. 

How much is freight?
Our freight charge is $40.00+GST. We also accept orders via clients own couriers. Simply email through your courier account number and we will handle the rest.
Where are you located?
We are based in Sydney and ship nationwide.
Do I need to create an account?

HACCP Plus was created to allow our busy customers the chance to purchase their food safety tools online 24/7, with no contracts or minimum spending required. You do not need an account to purchase through HACCP Plus, however by creating an account you can save your details and favourite products. 

What do you sell?

HACCP Plus specialises in a wide range of DIY food safety tools such as rapid hygiene, allergen, pathogen and microbiology kits that are simple to use and don’t require any training. 

By bringing your food safety testing inhouse not only will you receive faster results, but our kits are more cost effective than outsourcing to a laboratory, allowing you to save on your budget or up the amount of testing you perform. 

How can I place an order?

HACCP Plus was created to allow our busy customers the chance to purchase their food safety tools online via our online checkout for a fast purchase.
